Committee Description Lead(s) Ideal For
🎨 Creative Team Coordinate the design, production, and sale of play t-shirts, posters, and programs. Manage photos and publicity. Brittney Cox & Jamie Rogers Creative or organized parents who enjoy design and promotion.
👗 Costumes Collect, create, purchase, organize, and label costumes for the cast. Sarah Peter & Sarah Ricciardi Parents who love crafting or organizing.
🪚 Set & Props Build, paint, or source set pieces and props. All materials provided. TBD Handy parents who enjoy creative projects.
🍿 Concessions Order, collect, display, and sell snacks before shows; restock afterward. Erin Goldmann Parents available during performances.
🍽️ Cast Dinner Plan, order, and serve a celebratory dinner for the cast. Handle pickup and cleanup. Jenna Backer & Sandy Carter Parents who like event planning and food organization.
🎈 Decoration & Set-Up Plan and create entrance and lobby decorations to welcome families. TBD Creative parents who enjoy decorating and crafts.
🎭 Backstage Crew Keep students organized and safe backstage. Help with set changes and costume swaps. Kristin Kray Calm, organized parents available during rehearsals and shows.
🍬 Candygrams Create, package, and deliver candygrams during show week. Leslie Tranter Daytime volunteers who like light, fun tasks.
🎟️ Ticketing Assist with the ticketing app, monitor sales, and greet guests at shows. TBD Detail-oriented parents available on show days.
🚗 Carpool Dismissal Help at the end of rehearsal with carpool dismissal to ensure student safety. Daily signup Any parent with 30 minutes to spare before pickup time.
