At New Prospect, we believe strong schools build strong kids in both mind and body. The PTA is aligned with the NPE's mission to create a place where every child can GROW, CELEBRATE and MATTER.

Last year, your support made a big impact. It brought STEM learning to life, funded the school play, and brought families together through spirit nights and community events. It also delivered lasting improvements like the new playground pavilion. Through PTA-funded mini-grants, teachers were able to implement new resources and programs into their classrooms that are not covered by district budgets. Every child in every classroom enjoyed the benefits of the various projects that were funded by this program.

By joining the PTA, your membership donation becomes a direct investment in programs that celebrate our teachers, fund classroom resources, strengthen community, improve our campus, and BENEFIT YOUR KID! For example, the Panther Zen Den, a new sensory and activity space for all students, is currently under construction and will be open later this semester!

It's not just about funding. Your time matters too. Whether you can volunteer once or often, there's a place for you. We're so glad you're here.

Upcoming Events & Family Favorites

These fun, inclusive events build school spirit and bring families together. A portion of the proceeds supports student programs.

Join us for 2nd–5th Grade Curriculum Night on August 28th, starting with a general parent session at 5:30 PM in the cafeteria, followed by classroom sessions. This parent-only event offers optional childcare support in the gym for ages 3+, so you can attend without your kids.

Get ready for the Scholastic Book Fair Kickoff Party on Thursday, September 11th, from 5:00–7:00 PM, featuring food trucks, fun, and lots of new books! In-school shopping runs September 12 and September 15–18, so support our Media Center and stock up on great reads.

Join us for a fun-filled Movie Night on the Field hosted by the NPE PTA! On Friday, September 26, at 5:00 PM, bring your chairs, blankets, and the whole family to enjoy an outdoor movie under the stars with popcorn, snacks, and community fun for all ages.

🎟️ Skip the Carpool Line! Enter our $5 Skip the Line Raffle for a VIP pass to the front of the line all semester. Three winners are drawn on Fri, Aug 8. Winners start skipping on Mon, Aug 11. More tickets mean more chances!

Capture memories and support our school. A $30 donation secures your session and goes entirely to the PTA. Your $175 balance is due at the time of your shoot. Sessions include 10–20 high-res, edited images.
