Where would you like to help?

Select every area that sounds like a fit. The play team will contact you before assigning dates or responsibilities.

  • Creative Team: Shirts, posters, program and playbill, photos and publicity. Several planning sessions and deadline work.
  • Costumes: Source, make, organize, label and fit costumes. Fittings, tech week and at least one performance.
  • Sets & Props: Build, paint, borrow and organize set pieces and props. Build days, a rehearsal, tech week and cleanup.
  • Concessions: Order or collect snacks, set up, sell, restock and close. Preparation plus one or more show shifts.
  • Cast Dinner: Plan, pick up, serve and clean up the cast meal. Advance planning plus several hours on the first show day.
  • Decorations & Set-Up: Prepare the entrance and lobby, chairs and signs. Several hours before the first performance.
  • Backstage Crew: Keep students safe and ready; help with entrances, props, costumes, microphones and scene changes. At least one tech or dress rehearsal and one performance.
  • Candygrams: Package, sell, sort and deliver candygrams. Preparation plus a daytime or preshow shift during show week.
  • Ticketing: Help with sales, holds, order questions, door lists and greeting families. Detail work before tickets open plus a show shift.
  • Carpool Dismissal: Help students reach the correct cars. About 30 minutes before pickup on rehearsal days you choose.
